Langwarrin Woodlands & Northern Westernport Landcare Group

Langwarrin Woodlands and Northern Westernport Landcare Group is a volunteer community organisation working across southern Frankston and Casey to protect and restore the natural environment.

The group brings landholders, residents and volunteers together to care for native vegetation, improve wildlife habitat and strengthen important environmental connections across the region. Its practical Landcare activities include indigenous planting, revegetation, environmental weed control and projects designed to improve the health and resilience of local landscapes.

By working across both private and public land, the group helps create connected habitat corridors that allow native animals to move more safely through the area. It also supports landholders with information, practical advice and opportunities to become involved in caring for their properties and the surrounding environment.

New members and volunteers are welcome to participate in projects, develop their Landcare knowledge and contribute to protecting the natural character and biodiversity of the Langwarrin and Northern Westernport area.
